As an independent consultancy we

First, a
proposal will be offered based on the complexity
of the initiative, the amount of time needed to
implement the program and the resources needed

Strategy and message
development – Defining a message and
developing a communications plan. Beginning
with the development of supporting factual
information, this includes coalition building –
identifying supporters and funding sources to
carry the initiative forward and media training
for program spokespeople.
Media information package
– the “media kit” including information
brochures, news releases, and reports providing
background information on the program, positive
articles for distribution to the media,
newsletters, Internet articles, and information
about public outreach events dealing with the
initiative.
Media relations initiative
– producing news releases on an ongoing basis,
organizing news conferences and news briefings,
arranging interviews with specific reporters,
columnists and radio and TV public affairs
programs and talk shows, editorial board visits
to major daily newspapers, drafting opinion
articles and letters to the editor, producing
newsletters and articles for members Internet
sites, handling advertising design, targeting
advertising outlets and managing ad placement.
